In this four hour experiential workshop you will learn about Energy Medicine as taught by Donna Eden and David Feinstein, PhD. You will learn and practice “The Daily Energy Routine”– a ten-minute series of simple exercises that will help you balance your foundational energetic systems. You will also learn how to clear your own chakras and balance specific meridians. No previous experience necessary. This workshop is open to everyone and all ages.
