- How to teach yoga safely on a mat to this prime population
- How to teach an active chair yoga class
- How to teach a passive chair class
- What poses are safe when there are physical issues
- How yoga can aid in healing and calmness.
Your result: You will be able to teach a stimulating, yet calm class to the Prime Aged person, who will cherish the experience of yoga and you!

Join Rich for an Insightful understanding of Love, Relationships and the Truth
Spiritual Insight of Relationships, Love and the Truth Class
Wednesday, March 28th from 7 – 9 pm
In this 2 hour class, Rich Braconi will share an enlightening understanding of the many kinds of Relationships that occur within our lifetime. Rich will provide an understanding that will bring clarity to the many questions of why Relationships fail to work. He will provide an explanation of “Love” and the effect it has on all our lives. He will share his insight of how we energetically push people away from our life without knowing why. He will provide an understanding of the existence of a universal “Truth”, how it affects us and its ability to change every aspect of who we are. Rich will discuss the many false beliefs that we hold onto and how we unconsciously and negatively affect the people around us. Rich will open a portion of this seminar for the opportunity to personally answer any and all questions from the attendee’s and openly discuss any of the information shared in this class.
