In these experiential classes you will learn about Eden Energy Medicine as taught by Donna Eden and David Feinstein, PhD. In EM 101 you will learn and practice “The Daily Energy Routine”– a ten-minute series of simple exercises that will help you learn about your foundational energetic systems and help you feel balanced and recharged. You will learn about the meridian system from Traditional Chinese Medicine and how to trace meridians. You will learn about the auric field and how to stay grounded. We will also demonstrate ways to calm the fight-flight-freeze stress response that is so common in our modern world and that can be so detrimental to our health and well being. In EM 102 you will go deeper into Energy Medicine and learn about substance testing, pain techniques, EM for the eyes, and, most importantly—how to energy test yourself and others. This workshop is open to everyone over 16 years of age.
